Darby Sumner

Hi, my name is Darby Sumner. I am currently a student majoring in graphic and web design. I have obtained my ITC (Intermediate Technical Certification), and this spring I will receive my AAS (Associate of Applied Science). I was born and raised in North Idaho and I have always had a love for art and creativity. I have loved drawing since I was a kid and discovered a few years ago that I was really interested in graphic design as I began doing small projects for family and friends. I also love technology and this field combines both of these passions. I never imagined it would be possible to pursue an art career. God showed me that it is possible and brought me to where I am today, along with the support of my friends and family. So far I have created many different designs for an array of projects, and I took on some client work in the process. I have been doing my internship through my church True North and it’s been a great experience. I always aim to make art that is unique and inspiring and I love to bring others' ideas to life for them.
